1. Always be mindful of colour transfer onto your leather accessory.  E.g. Wearing dark navy-blue jeans with a pale coloured leather bag. Any rubbing between the two materials may result in staining.
2. Careful not to overload your bag. Excessive weight will result in altering the shape of the bag.
3. Avoid your leather accessory coming into contact with; make up, perfumes, water, grease and alcohol products.  
4. Should your bag come into contact with water dab the leather dry with a soft cloth and refrain from rubbing the bag dry.
5. Avoid the leather coming into contact with anything abrasive.
6. Stuff your bag with paper stuffing to help maintain its shape and place into dust bag.  Store your bag in its gift box to protect the bag from any outer elements.
7. Keep handbag out of direct sunlight whenever possible.
8. Pale coloured leather accessories are challenging to maintain in pristine condition. These colours are more susceptible to dust particles, light and stains.

If your bag does require to be cleaned or moisturised to help maintain its appearance, select a reputable mild leather cleaner/mosituriser.  Ensure to follow the manufactures directions.  Alternatively, you can take your leather goods to a leather specialist for cleaning.
