This document sets out the returns and exchange policy of The Branded Nation Pty Ltd ABN 99 661 505 335 (referred to in this returns and exchange policy as 'we, 'us', or 'our').

2. Change Of Mind
We do not offer any returns of Products, provide a refund or exchange Products if you simply change your mind.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement you must provide proof of purchase including your order number. Dust bags and any accessories included in the purchase will also need to be returned.
4. Faulty Product
In the unfortunate case you have received a Product you believe to be faulty, please contact us at hello@thebrandednation.com.au and provide us with the following details;
- Description of the fault
- Photo/s of the Product showing the affected area
- Proof of purchase including order number
Please note: Faulty items will be assessed by our team and we will repair, replace or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
We will contact you regarding the next process and provide you with details on how to return the Product back to us.
5. Exceptions
We may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a Product you purchased if:
- You misused the Product in a way which caused the problem
- The issue is a result of daily wear and tear
- The issue is due to lack of product maintenance and care
- There are any insignificant minor variations in colour or dimensions
- There are any insignificant superficial imperfections
- Any other exceptions which apply under the Australian Consumer Law
6. Products Damaged During Delivery
In the event that a Product which you ordered is damaged during delivery:
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thebrandednation.com.au and include photos clearly showing the damage
Any damaged Product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the parcel.
We will organise to repair the damaged Product, replace it for the same Product (subject to Product availability) or provide a refund provided that you return the item within 7 business days from the time you accepted the delivery.
7. Exchanges/Replacement
We will only replace Products that we deem are faulty or damaged.
If you need to exchange your faulty or damaged Product for the same Product, please send us an email at; hello@thebrandednation.com.au
Exchanges are subject to Product availability. If the Product is not in stock a refund will be issued.
Once your return or exchange has been approved you will be notified.
8. Shipping/Returns
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged Product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund for the value of the item(s) excluding shipping charges will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 business days to receive your refund through PayPal.
10. Late Or Missing Funds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

11. Online Cancellations And Order Amendments
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Changes to colours
- Change of mind
- Adding or removing items
- Full order cancellations
Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
