Delivery & Shipping Policy
Please note: Due to Covid-19 delivery delays may be experienced. To avoid unnecessary contact, Australia Post are not asking you to sign for items at the moment. Someone will still need to be home for delivery. Australia Post will ask for and record a name before releasing the item. If nobody is home to receive the delivery, your item will be taken to a local Post Office for collection.

- Processing Your Order
An email confirmation including a tax invoice is sent to your e-mail address after you place your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address at the time of your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for any delays during transit/delivery. In this circumstance parcels are normally returned to sender. Please note you may incur an additional cost to have your item/s re-labelled and shipped to the correct address.
- Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 days. We will contact you if there are any delays.
However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 days and some may take up to 14 days.

We currently ship to Australia and the United States.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders within Australia.

All items are sent via registered post and require a signature on delivery. Items are sent from Melbourne Australia and tracking information is sent via email once available.
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
5.1. Please Note:
(a) Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
(b) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
(c) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(d) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date.
- Shipment Confirmation, Order Tracking And Delivery
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post / U.S. Postal Service location where you can collect your delivery.
We deliver to PO Boxes. A notification card will be left in the PO Box to let you know that you can collect your delivery from the local post office.
- Damaged Or Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@thebrandednation.com.au and attach photos within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may assist you.
